Store Policies

SHIPPING:

Sports and Awards uses UPS as our shipping carrier. If your item is in stock, Ground service generally averages 3-5 business days and Priority service generally averages 2-3 business days after your order has been received. If your item is not on hand and you prefer priority service, your item will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, you must have a street address for all orders. If your item is in stock and your order is received before 11:00AM CST, we will ship that day. Shipping charges are for the carrier service mentioned above, we do not guarantee delivery dates and we do not refund shipping charges if your item does not arrive on specific date. We will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

PAYMENT:

At this time Sports and Awards accepts (Visa & Master Card) as form of payment.

RETURN POLICY:

Sports and Awards charges a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If we ship the wrong item we will provide a full refund including shipping and handling. We will only accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. All bats must be in plastic or wrapper to get a refund, if bat is not in wrapper or plastic no refund will be issued. For any further questions you can contact us at the e-mail address listed below:
